30-day returns
You can return your DoxieJoy calendar within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
Opened calendars
Because the calendar is a sealed collectible set, calendars that have been opened or have had doors opened are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your calendar or any figurine arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge — no need to return the item.
How to start a return
- Email support@doxiejoy.store with your order number and reason.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back with tracking. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Add-ons (Skip the Line, Shipping Protection) are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different quantity, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
